Six of the 15 victims in the blast are seeking a total of CAD 6 million ($4.6 million) from the owners of the Bombay Bhel restaurant for "severe and permanent injuries," saying in court documents that the proprietors "knew or ought to have known that it was targeted directly for bombing."
