Rahul's question paper to PM Modi has Q3 missing; Twitter tries to fill in

Congress president Rahul Gandhi tweeted 'four' questions to PM Modi, which he termed as 'Open Book Rafale Deal Exam'. However, initially, the Congress president, it appears, got the numbering on the questions wrong, prompting several online users to question his counting abilities. The set of three questions were numbered — 1,2,4, instead of 1,2,3.
