The CBI achieved conviction in 544 cases in 2018. In total, 1,468 people were convicted last year in graft cases investigated by the agency. The data released by the CBI on its 57th annual day shows that the anti-graft agency had filed 8,999 cases and preliminary enquiries through 2018.
