The captain, originally rostered for 6E-6571, was not CAT III B-trained, while the co-pilot was. The airline realised that a CAT III B-trained captain was travelling as passenger on the flight. "The captain travelling as passenger was rostered to operate this flight after taking all required clearances," said sources.
